Welcome to our Policies Late Policy We kindly request that you arrive on time to your appointment as our schedule is often fully booked. If you anticipate being late, please inform Shikiah via Instagram or text message at 0420738407. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please feel free to contact Shikiah via text or Instagram. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No Shows We appreciate your respect and consideration in letting us know if you are unable to make it to your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be lost, and you will be required to pay for your service in full before making another booking. Please be aware that reminder emails and texts are sent 48 and 24 hours prior to your appointment to help you remember.
